Shipping & Returns


All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse, usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of order (excepting weekends or holidays). Orders received after 1:30 PM (Mountain Standard Time) will be processed on the following work day. If for some reason your order is not going to ship within 72 hours of receipt, we will notify you via the email address that you used at the time of purchase. Please note, many items on this website, especially Gen1 and Gen2 iLAP mainspring housings are custom built to your order and may take 7-14 days to complete and ship.

We ship via FedEx

You can check the status of your order at any time, by logging into your account and clicking on "View Order Status."

Due to ITAR Regulations and State Department Restrictions, we can not ship products outside of the United States; this includes APO and FPO addresses.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from MARS Armament, Inc, please e-mail or call 801.696.7473 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 business days of the receipt of the product. Order discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days after receipt of order.

If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. The product must be returned to MARS Armament, Inc within 7 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any and all accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

A 15% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that MARS Armament, Inc. does not permit the return of the following items:

1. Items that are custom built to your specifications

2. Items sold “as is” or “used”

3. Special orders

We strongly recommend that you use a carrier that offers reliable tracking of your shipment for all returns, and that you insure your package, declaring the full value of the shipment.

This is to protect you if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, customer is responsible for costs on shipments which are refused or canceled after shipment. Returns, refunds and exchange processing may take up to two weeks, not including transit times.
